SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped by Canada Post.
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, this notification will include the tracking number for your package.
*Please be sure to write a comment in "special instructions" at checkout if you require any special shipping instructions (i.e.: leave at side door...). Unfortunately, once your package is shipped, we are not able to notify the courier, so any further modifications would become customers responsibility.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $20.00 flat rate shipping within Canada. **
Free shipping on orders over 200.00 (before taxes)**
SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA
Additional charges will be applied for orders outside of Canada.
Please keep in mind charges are Canadian dollars. Your bank or PayPal will make the necessary adjustments for you.

If you have not received your package within 10 days, please assume there is something wrong, and contact us right away. Since we have no control over packages once they leave our facility, this will give us the best chance of success in helping you locate it. We will do what we can to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
​INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item, or any portion of the order is missing, we require that you notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us by email: info@diamonddiva.ca, for a return authorization.

Please provide the following:

Your order confirmation number.

Purchasers first and last name.

Description of the incorrect or missing item(s). Pictures of your order or damaged product(s) are very helpful and will speed up the approval process.

Pictures are taken by our shipping department of your order to ensure it is complete but we understand that mistakes can be made. Your order and pictures will be reviewed and a decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Missing items will be shipped at our expense.

If a refund is requested, the original purchase price will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for incorrect items (and applicable shipping charges) will be credited once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

STOP ORDERS
If you decide to stop your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for applicable shipping costs, and/or payment charges.
RETURNS
If you have a product in need of return or exchange, please contact info@diamonddiva.ca for authorization within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the item was purchased by mistake, no longer needed, arrived late, or not as expected, we will accept the return with authorization from our customer service team.

The items(s) must be returned in the same condition the item(s) were received in. There cannot be any damage to the item(s) or the packaging. Everything, including directions paperwork (etc.) must be included.

You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from your refund for the following situations:

You claim the item is defective and it works when we receive it.

You claim the package is unopened or unused and this is false when we receive it.

You do not return item(s) in their original packaging or with all paperwork/accessories.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items when the customer chooses to send the item(s) back themselves.
**If any item(s) are shipped back to us without our customer service team approval, we will send the item(s) back to you, and also charge you for the costs incurred.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. All items are quality checked before shipping. All returns will be checked to ensure they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@diamonddiva.ca for approval. With the exception of a faulty or damaged item(s), you will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.
